Fees

Sessions are charged £60 per 50-minute session, and we have the option of meeting either in-person, online via Zoom or over the phone.

First session

Please call for an initial chat, which will be free of charge, giving you a chance to understand what our sessions will be like, and a chance for me to understand how I may help you in your journey. There is no obligation to continue if it does not feel comfortable for you.

Location & Contact

I work both from my private practice in Ben Rhydding and Ilkley. Both spaces are within easy reach of Ilkley and benefit from bus and train services for clients looking for therapy services near Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate.
