You may be seeking therapy because something no longer feels manageable in the way it once did.

You might feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from others, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating in your relationships or daily life.

At times, people carry a sense of being different, misunderstood, or alone in their experiences, even when surrounded by others. These feelings can develop gradually through relationships, past experiences, loneliness, neurodiversity, cultural identity, or environments where we have not felt fully seen or accepted.

Individual therapy offers a space to explore these experiences more deeply and begin to understand what may be happening beneath the surface.

My approach is relational and grounded in the understanding that emotional difficulties often develop through our relationships and life experiences. I offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences together at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Therapy is a collaborative process rather than a fixed method. Together, we work towards developing greater emotional clarity, self-understanding, and a stronger sense of connection with yourself and others.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy depending on your needs. Sessions are available in-person in Ilkley and online across the UK.

Areas I frequently work with:

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Depression and low mood

  • Loneliness and disconnection

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Identity and belonging

  • Neurodiversity-related experiences

  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism
